What you give us

The table request form asks for your name and a phone number, and optionally an email address, the date and time you would like, the number of guests and any notes you add. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

You choose what goes in the notes field. Please keep anything you would not want written down out of it.

What happens to a table request

Your request is saved in our booking system, which runs on Supabase, a database provider. Only restaurant staff who sign in to it can see your request. No account is created for you.

When staff confirm or decline the table, we send you a WhatsApp message to the number you gave. That message is sent through Twilio, a messaging provider, and delivered by WhatsApp, which Meta runs. Both handle it under their own terms.

If a request cannot be saved, the page says so and points you to WhatsApp instead. A message you send there reaches our staff directly.

How long we keep it

We keep a request so staff know who is expected and can answer questions about it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will.

What is collected automatically

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking across pages or sites.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which record things like your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser version. These exist so the site can be kept running and secure, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

Other services on this site

The contact page embeds a Google map so you can find us. Loading that map tells Google your IP address and Google may set its own cookies. If you would rather it did not, use the written address on the same page instead.

Links to WhatsApp and to the Amritha Heritage hotel site take you to services those companies run. Once you leave this site, their privacy terms apply and ours stop.

Asking us about your information

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us on WhatsApp or at the restaurant and we will deal with it.

Deleting a table request removes it from our booking system. Anything in a WhatsApp conversation stays there until it is deleted in WhatsApp.

Changes to this notice

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. There is no mailing list, so the current version is always the one here.
